What is The 180 Program?
The 180 Program is your opportunity to work with me 1-on-1 to grow your business. Admission is via direct phone call with me only.
My promise is simple: If selected to join, you get 3 hours of my focused attention each month for 3 months (total 9 hrs). I will guide you with tailor-made advice for your specific business + action steps and accountability. You will succeed, guaranteed.
Not because I'm a genius guru, but because I have a lot of practice with myself and others. I've put in the reps.
Over the course of three 1-hour calls together, we will create a strategy for your business that is unique and develop a timeline for accomplishing your goals.
Then, I'll help you execute the plan and stay accountable for 90 days. Specifically, you'll get:
- 9+ hours of my individual time and attention working with you 1-on-1 to develop your business strategy.
- 90 days of accountability coaching to help you execute on that strategy.
- 12 months of strategic planning for your vision, KPIs and cash flow plan.
- Introductions to other entrepreneurs, vendors and connections from my network to help you get ahead.
